Auto tune feature?

i was wondering where i could find more information on the auto tune feature in megatune. which version of megatune do i need?

so any megatune above version619 has the auto tune feature. Do i have to go into settings or something to turn it on?

you have to edit custom.ini in your mtCfg directory wherever you installed megatune...

I'll cut 'n paste that here sometime before the end of the week.

ohh ok, i think i get it. what i have to do is change that part of code in the custom.ini will autotune be listed under the menu in megatune?

You change the vetable you want it to use, and you change the vertex and delay settings to what works best for you.

My plan had been to run with the stock NB O2 sensor coming in on the first O2 input, and occasionally connect a WB O2 sensor to the second O2 input to use with AutoTune. I don't see how to make this work. Is it possible?

Marty,

I believe the second O2 sensor is for tuning the second fuel table in cases where the user is running separate fuel tables for each injector bank. I'd suggest just disconnecting the NB sensor and connecting the WB in its place (with an appropriate WB controller). You will also need to change your configuration in MegaTune to indicate a Wide-band is used, as the NB & WB sensor response curves have opposite slope, and the target voltage is different as well.
