Megasquirt S5 NA throttle bodies have 2 TPS's?

S5 NA throttle bodies have 2 TPS's?
Which sensor should I be using with Megasquirt? I would assume the one that responds throughout the entire range of motion of the throttle linkage. Is the other one needed?
