All LEDs come on and stay on

So i just recently got MS installed and have been playing with it for a couple weeks and the other day i got out and power it on and for some odd reason All the LEDs come on and stay on? Then my tps goes from 0 all the way to 100% steadily? With nothing but power hooked up. I checked through the input from the pin to the MS chip and it all seems normal? anyone got any ideas?

If the LED outputs are being used for ignition purposes, this is normal. If the TPS input is floating the gradual climb upwards is also normal but means that the TPS is not connected.

LEDs are used for squirt, warmup, and accel. So if its not hooked up its ok for the tps to do that? I nvr noticed it before

Are you letting the MS control ignition?

If the MS is controlling ignition, then mike_robert is correct, the LEDs are used for ignition, and will all three be on when there is no rpm.

If the engine is running, the middle LED will blink at low rpm, and then at higher RPM will get dimmer as rpms climb. The other two will be bright at low rpm, and dim as RPM climbs.

If you're running fuel-only, then I've no idea what's going on.

Mike is also correct about the behavior of the TPS. If the TPS isn't hooked up to the MS, the code will just slowly increment the TPS variable.

IF all the LEDs come on and stay on and you're not running ignition, you may have a short somewhere.

Do you have a stim?

No I dont have a stim but if i hook it up to the car i can get rpm, and it triggers injectors and also i have air temp and coolant readings. The board must be shorted then, with one of my connectors i have only the grounds and the power setup and it still does it. Also tested the 5V reg and it was fine. How warm or hot should the MS chip get?

I have also cleaned the board of flux and such and went over it a million times with a light looking for obvious signs

IF you're using ms1 I don't know. MS2 gets a little warm, maybe 10-20 deg F above ambient.
