87 Rx7 with 13b no rpm read on ms3pro

87 RX7 FC 13b bridgeport with manual trans. Had engine running with stock ecu/harness. Ran rough due to bridgeport rebuild. Installed new ms3evo pro and harness as per Aaron Cake instructions and schematics. Cranks no start. I have 5v ref values but no rpm signal. 2.5v coming out of cam pos/neg and crank pos/neg. cas ohms out withim spec. Re checked all wiring and is matched with Aarons. ms3 is up to date. From my understanding the ms3 should be reading rpm signal from the cas. Obviously without RPM reading the ecm wont command spark and fuel so I'm sure once I get this issue resolved it should be smooth sailing. Not sure where to go from here. Appreciate any help.

To answer my own question for those with similar issues. I found my cam input set to the wrong parameter in combined ignition options. I was able to get the car running. Now onto the tuning process. Shoutout to Aaron for all of the online videos and resources available. Thank you.
