Considering that any unmolested, collector grade, FD should no longer be driven in anger and basically would be for show in a collection or at Cars and Coffee, there should not be much of a penalty for being an automatic.(In my opinion.)
Low miles, good condition of body and interior are three key drivers of value which this car seems to have.
Anyone that has to slog through an hour of urban traffic to get to open road, might better want an automatic and once you are in grand touring territory, you'd be running in top gear regardless.
