This car has been my baby for the last 4 years. It’s been maintained very well. Starts cold and hot without any issues. Compression tested last year at IR performance and passed. New spark plugs at that time. Looking to buy a house and I may be ready for a new automotive experience so seeing if there’s any interest for this ideal driver’s car.

This is a beautiful car, GLWS. Would love to take this off your hands but if it doesn't sell in a few months, may hop on it!

Has the car had a replacement motor or substantial rebuild at some point?

When I bought the car in 2020 I was told the rebuild was done at 155k miles.

I found the records of the rebuild from 2015. I have records from IR Performance in 2020 and 2023 as well. Hard to find an FD this sorted these days. Happy to send any info anyone may need.

Any info on the theft on the carfax report? Is this car a full repaint in GT Silver or a wrap?

I actually wasn’t aware of a theft. Haven’t seen the carfax since 2020, so just going off memory. If you have the carfax and want to share it here or with me that’d be awesome for everyone. I can update the post accordingly. I don’t know what the circumstances of the theft were or when it was. I wish I had more info. It does have a clean regular NJ title and is insured by Hagerty. And the car drives and runs flawlessly so I don’t think a theft from a while back should be a problem.

The car was resprayed gt silver metallic. Original paint was severely faded and peeling so it needed the full spray. Car was originally silver.

Compression test done today 1/13/2025. I have video as well that may be easier to send via text if you PM me.

I also put together all the receipts from my ownership starting 2020 and the 5+ years prior into a pdf that I’m happy to share as well

Price Drop! $39,999

I don’t see an option to edit the original post on my iPhone mobile browser. Maybe mods can help

This looks like my old RX7 I had back in 2019/2020. Does the VIN happen to end in 01875? If I remember correctly the rear left quarter panel has been replaced/repaired at one point in its life before I had it.
