I always ran Idemitsu pre-mix every fill up.
Update: Good news, I just did a compression test this week and results confirm the engine is in very healthy condition! Front: 118, 122, 118 / Rear: 124, 127, 120.
I can provide pictures of the compression test results as well.

Is that drivetrain all original? Has the motor, apex seals, clutch been updated?
I do not have much information previous to my ownership as far as what has been updated. The previous owner said the engine was rebuilt at some point, and after personally pulling the compression numbers myself 2 weeks ago I was able to confirm it is indeed very healthy.
Waiting on interior pics suggested last November.
Compression numbers indicate engine is a fresh rebuild ?????
What is the engine mileage????
Please text me and I can send some pictures of the interior. 925-480-7643.
I do not have much information previous to my ownership regarding the status of engine rebuild/engine milage. I can send a video of me actively doing the compression test as proof for both housings.
Thanks for the reply
Car looks like a very clean base model and should sell easy over time.
Without engine rebuild & mileage info I am not interested .....but thanks for your time.
FYI....regarding your compression numbers.( assuming tested at running temp)...my data indicates that with numbers that HIGH the engine (if stock) should be in the 20K mile range.

ps....also , most prospects know that FD black interiors in good condition are very valuable and therefore complete pics are needed to sell a car in the $40k range.

Yes compression test was done when the engine was at full operating temp, thank you!
Everyone complaining/astounded by the going prices lately. Well, here’s a great example. Why hasn’t anyone picked this up already? 36g’s US is a steal for a super clean example.
If I had more space and time I would definitely pick this up.
Also adding some updated exterior pictures. Asking price adjusted to $38k replacing/refreshing all of the interior parts. Now the interior is complete and really nice!
