Wow. What a crazy journey for this rx7. Let me message the prior owner, but it is a a dealership so I would think legit.

Aaron, the prior owner does still have some of the stock OEM parts. Front bumper, wheels, etc. I didnt get a complete list of everything he has still.
If a member on here is interested in purchasing the car(and hopefully keeping it!) I would be more than happy to get a detailed list of what he has from the 99 spec swap.

Yeah I found it on Autotrader right after I posted that lol.
When I was looking for mine back in 04, the first three I came across were scams. But they were all supposedly overseas. I want to say they were on Autotrader or a similar site though.
