i have my map configured for a sub and a main at the moment (but i havent finished installing my computer yet so im not sure if this will work) but i looked at their rx7 base map and it only had the one signal for tps, presumably taken from the wide range pin of the TPS? how is yours set up?

you need an extra resistor for the TPS.

If you wire it directly you will get an error, high voltage.
Input range is just below 5V to if the ECU gets 5V it will give an error.
Just a build in safety if the TPS fails.
