my fd vs 05 evo..???? view

hmmm. this is really oddd.

about two weeks ago i raced this silver 05 evo. his mods were. exhaust, downpipe, boost controller turned to 24 pounds, intake and inatke manifold, cams, and afc neo..

my mods are greddy intakes, power fc, full exhaust, dp tp ect, greddy 3 row front mount kit, and 2100 act clutch with fidanza 9 pound flywheel, i run 10 pounds of boost. i have street tires too.

we race four times. 3 digs one 15 roll race all his preference

first race: i get launched on hard, he jumps about three cars... I catch him right when i hit second and i beat him by about 4 cars.

second race: I launch at 3500rpm and we stay about even on the launch(he maybe had a fender).... I beat him by 6 cars roughly...

third race: He wants a 15 roll. I jump ahead, and beat him by 7 or 8. he is shifting perectly everytime he says

fourth race: we go from a dig one more time.. I launch at 3000 he has it dumped to 7000. we stay dead even until about 40 and then i take off. beat by 5 cars. so the spectators say...

My ? is " why am i shitting on this evo which has pretty good mods"?

If he doesn't know how to drive and you are a very good driver, it's possible. Also, not sure why but many people on the street tend to exagerate their level of mods.

yeah, somethings off...

you actually stayed within a fender of it from a dig? on street tires and a sissy launch?
On a roll, no problem. From a dig, I seriously doubt it

Dude must be a non driver! Or maybe you have an extremely healthy ride...both or neither? bs flag???????

i'm calling that he's an assclown and isn't running 24psi of boost. But, if he is running 24psi, then his turbo is superheating the air and causing it to run poorly.
