Dude you nailed it on the nose. Thats all that it is, its just a game. We do it because its an adventure. Why is there so many people that have to make this into a freakin pissin match. Why? just go out there, keep your mouth shut, make the best run you can, and if you lose so what. and if you win, just say "good run man" and thats it. keep the bull$h*t to youself.

Yes i drive to the track round trip about 50 miles, and in the city becouse its dangerous if i dont the car wants to go sideways on the cith streets. Plus i only drive it in dry weather as im sure you know why. I bumpted the thread to show the vid of 1.52 launch on stock fly wheel for a guy in the single section to watch. Since im not good at posting picts and vids! Hows the car comming?

I drive to and from the track on them, but if i'm just going out and cruising, i put on the street tires, but then i can't do any dig racing. Next year, i'll make it out more on them.

I go to school near you, at Ozark Christian College in Joplin. Just so happens my stepdad was there when you won... He has a cuda, and hangs with his little Cuda buddies quite often. I think the guy that owns the purple ones name is Ed. Never the less, it was nice to hear him say that he saw a car like mine beat a car like his... .

Wow, this is just how I feel--except I've have a handful of cars which were not very fast. Mind if I quote you on this? I hope I'm 1/2 as cool as you are in 30 years! (I'm 28 yrs old ) I wish more people had the same attitude as you do about racing and fast cars and all of that. I think that ego gets in the way all the time. That makes racing less fun, sometimes no one even has the manners to give you a look on the street... until they realize what they're playing with Oh well. Keep it up, your car is bad@$$

Thanks for the complement! I truly enjoy my rx7 even when breaks my heart. Too many people my age are hooked on being dull, but ive been married 3 times have two grown daughters had 6 heart attacks and many other health problems to many to list and have had more and been more places than the average person. Ive been self imployed for 30 years and made millions but i enjoy being one of the kids in the car scene. Most of my friends are 20/40 years old and i love the way that i have been accepted. I really like the way most of the pro import racers are willing to help there competitors the way we should help each other . Any way thanks again a good luck!

I am in O'Fallon, MO right now for break. The FD usually stays here since at Ozark, I have to live on campus and there is no garaging. Is there any nice car spots up there anywhere?

I was told they meet in downtown Joplin and race around 1:00 a.m. on Saturday. I just race at the track so you won't see me ever being there.
