Lol if im not mistaken was the same 3800 V6 put into cars like grand prix and pontiac bonneville. Yes 1RevvinFC3S i was wrong that the engine in the camaro could of never been a V6 now that i look back. Just something to watch if you have not seen what a SS Camaro LS1 turbo can do

^Oh belive me, I know ALL about LS's with forced induction . In fact, as soon as I get my GTO, I'm putting some money aside for a GenTTR twin turbo kit (and all the goodies to go with).

lol third gen v8's were around 240hp, 4th gen lt1's (which according to him he raced) were about 280hp and 4th gen ls1's were around 320hp

Well, yeah, I'll agree, at idle its definately similar, but once the RPM's climb, you can definately tell.

Nope, stock LS1's are all 350hp at the crank. Camaros/Firebirds were underrated at 320hp so that Corvette owners wouldn't get pissed off.
