Also, theres a guy on the forum that used the STS C6 'vette turbo kit and fabbed it up to work with the Goat. Complete installation (including the price of the kit, pipe, fab work, supporting mods, dyno and tune) just under $9,000! And the kit itself is good for 720rwhp with the included turbo's (T4's)! Granted, you're really only safe running about 550rwhp or so with the stock internals, anything over that and the LS2 needs new guts!
Unless the LS2 in the Goat is different internally from a C6, you should be able to push it past 600rwhp with methanol. An LS1 is pushing max around 550-575rwhp. That's stock internals at least.

^Well, I've been reading about people grenading them with FI without upgrading to forged internals.

Tuning is critical. I'm making 485rwhp on a stock LS1. A friend of mine with an 03' Z06 and APS kit is making 540rwhp with no other mods. Look at APS's website. They are making 600-640rwhp out of an LS2 C6 with just their Turbo kit, fuel system, and exhaust. Just gotta tune it right.

^Yeah, I visited the APS site- awesome stuff!!! However, I can't for the life of me find out how much this setup costs. As it stands, I'm debating STS or APS, but I'd like a price for the latter because it seems like a very respectable kit.

You're probably looking at between 8-15k depending on the kit, what other mods you go with, if it's new or used, and who does the installation. I know LAPD Corvette quoted me 13k to do an APS install on an automatic C5 I use to have. Orange County Corvette quoted me 10-11k.

For a GTO it might be cheaper though I don't know.

^Hopefully so! Jeez! I'll probably just stick with STS if it isn't.

Well, I PM'd someone on LS1GTO and he said his APS kit w/ installation and tune was a hair over $9,000... seems to be a very competitively priced kit.
