My friend didn't end up with anything on his record. I'm telling you, I couldn't even make this **** up. Too crazy.
wow, nice

I went to court for a couple BS charges (the same cop pulled me over the second time in one week just looking for crap to nail me with) and he was gone on the court date because his wife was in labor.

Raleigh has a cruising scene on US 1 but it's very dependent on how strict the cops are. They've been bad the past couple years, so less people come out and it's mostly ricers. There are still plenty of local car clubs though that have their own meets.

We decide to run them on a local interstate which is usually not too bad for cops.
It damn sure wasn't I-40 then. That road has been just crawling with police lately. Not that it matters, with the heavy traffic almost 24/7, going too fast is just asking for trouble.

When I used to commute to Rocky Mount, I noticed that Route 64 past Zebulon almost never had speed traps on it. I opened it up a bit a few times, but getting too fast on a public road just seemed like I was asking for trouble.
