A few weeks ago me and a couple of friends were going out for some races. One of them had a 07 BMW M3 CS model... anyway we're just driving and come to some lights and he's in the next lane... so here it is my first race with a M3 (always wanted to race one of these)... He's reving his car and I hold my revs at 3500 rpm... light goes green and he pulls away whilst I bog down a bit... boost kicks in and I'm at 7500 rpm in an instant, change into second and I'm level with him. By the end of second I'm slowly creeping ahead but from third onwards I pull away REALLY hard and haf way through fourth I'm like 5 cars infront! We tried it again from rolling in third and the same outcome, I would pull away really strong..

 

Good kill. I don't know much about BMW's, what's the CS stand for?

you should have no problem beating and E46 M3 if you are somewhat modded. I raced my friends E46 M3 on the drag, it was an SMG, with bolt-ons, and all I had was downpipe, intake and exhaust, and I would slightly pull on him on the top end. Now a E90 M3 will be a different story.

 

Or, seeing that he's in Europe, the E46 GTR. Got forbid you have to line up with one of them. A little more than an FD w/ 330whp could handle .

 

That power figure should be going up sometime this year then bring on those V8 BMW's

Going with a bigger turbo? Meth?

 

Well firstly I'm gonna max out the T04e and she what it does, my tuner reckons should be able to get around 380 ish whp at 1.2 bar with water injection..... but main plan is to go bigger turbo, sticking with the T04 range so either T04R or T04S at 1.2 bar with water injection..... hopefully be able to get between 420 - 440 whp?
