*Video* C6 Z51 Corvette vs LS1 Camaro and 468 RWHP Cobra
Well, I've had a few losses and kills in my C6, but haven't really filmed anything worth posting.
Now, last weekend, we were hanging out and decided to go out for a few pulls. We are huge fans of racing from dead stops, but none of us were on the desired tire to do so, although the Cobra was on shitty Nitto 555R's, but hey.. something is something.
On all the runs, I was spinning bad. The Cobra was spinning as well, but not nearly as bad as I was.. Also, you can notice against the Camaro how I spun, as soon as I caught some grip, immediately started to pull.
Mods on the cars are as follow:
My C6:
Halltech SSM Intake
B&B Bullets Cat-Back
-Full Exhaust, Tune and Nitrous soon to be installed.. as well as a nice set of racing rubber LOL
LS1 Camaro:
Full Bolt-on's/exhaust and tune - 360RWHP/378RWTQ
Cobra:
Cat-back
Pulley
Ported Blower
Intake
Tune - 460RWHP/460RWTQ Numbers before the Ported Blower
Anyway, here's the video. The video was taken from inside the Camaro. Might seem extremely dark because well.. it's night time for one and the windows on the Camaro are extremely tinted.
We are going from 60MPH and shutting down at about 120-130MPH.

Off-topic: Here's a little extra video footage I decided to take the same night:

EVILNESS Z06:
K&N Intake System
American Racing Headers
American Racing X Pipe
B&B Bullets Cat-back
LS7 Ported Heads
Cammed
Tuned
Enjoy!

Nitto drag radials
I've had reasonable success on my TurboII with the Nitto 555r. It doesn't look as meaty as the BFG, but went 10k miles and handled ok in the rain as long as it still had tread (after which it turned into a full slick LOL). Also had excellent grip on 5000 rpm launches with minimal heat-up. Basically the tire wouldn't spin at all with 240 rwhp.

Nice. I can vouch that the C6's spin like nuts in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (drove an LS3 a month ago). Looking forward to more vids of your car Rajah.
BTW- I've used that pic of your car as my background, lol!

LS3 FTW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
436 hp for less than $50k, 25 mpg from a lightweight 6.2 liter, beauty and handling too. Yeah low profile huge tires are going to spin even with 3.42 gears as the most aggressive option. I'm a big LS3 fan, get to "see" then almost every day...
