Wussup everyone

Wussup, my name is Chad. I own an 1988 mazda rx7 GTU. I actually found the car abandoned in a sub-division about 10 miles from where I'm located. Turns out that someone was renting a home there and then just packed up left unexpected leaving the ol RX7 behind. So I talked to the owner of the property and paid $250.00 for it. It already had 17" aftermarket rims, and a cold air intake. I have had to do a little work to the car to get it road worthy, but overall the car runs pretty good. I do know that the engine has recently been rebuilt and has about 15 thousand miles on it. The car is in excellent shape to be a 1988. I currently am having small issues with the car. I'm here to learn all I can about the car so I can try to fix it up because nobody in my area seems to know what they are doing. I look forward to talking to all of you and will appreciate any help you can provide.

I agree

There are not many knowledgeable persons in my area either, especially with engine problems.
I repaired many electronic problems in my 86 GXL myself. If you know how to solder, many problems can be repaired. Many bad connections where connectors are soldered to circuit boards.
I believe I replaced every vacuum line on my RX-7
Fun car, well balanced but needs more power!
