hey everybody i have been on the forum for several months reading through faqs and different builds etc...and now i want something different. currently i drive an 04 350z with basic bolt on parts but want to get an fd which will be single turbo likely a gt35r maybe bigger and a mild street port. i cant wait to join everybody else!

any input on how big a difference in performance i am looking at?

So are you comparing a stock FD to the 350Z or a single turbo FD to a 350Z? Stock vs stock not much difference acceleration-wise. Single turbo FD compared to a stock 350Z is pretty substantial. We're talking a low 14 second car (350Z) and assuming a decently modded FD with a single probably somewhere in the 11s.
