hello! My name is JohnMark (yes, one word, want to know more just ask ) But y'all can call me JP. Years ago I owned a 87 RX-7, I was young and a crazy driver so... one rainy night, me, the car, and a tree had a meeting... The tree and I desided the car had to go... or rather, the tree desided. Now, about 8 years later... I picked up another RX. This one is a 89 and it needs some work. It's currently running, has about 150k miles on it, needs the front window replace and the diver side door needs body work or just replaced. It is currently NA, but I have a dream of turboing it. I have spent years reading everything I could get my hands on about the RX, the history, the engines. Anyways...

Few more details. I am 31, and currently living in Wichita KS.

good luck with the dream......I to have had a meeting in the forest...glad it happen when I drove something slow because now I have better sense.

 

Update, got the windshield replaced, that was an adventure as I've never done that before... next mager thing to work on is the suspension... oh yea, dose anyone know of any Rotary Clubs in Wichita KS? I've spent hours look and cant find anything... one more thing.. my car? its an 88... not an 89... anyways...
