hey guys whats up, well bought my FD bout a year ago as a father son project... i got a black on red 93 FD and love it and an evo ix also as my daily.... me and my dad bought the 7 with a missing front bumper and in need of a paint job... we got to work on those things right away then thought of what to do with the motor when a friend of ours was selling a 3 rotor d series motor out of a cosmo, and its been a big project since then haha subframe is being made now by us and still determining the turbo set up... hopefully any help i need can be found here!!

evo looks great!! got a friend who makes 450awhp....f*&(ing sick!! I had a 415whp srt-4 wish it was awd! probably would still have it lol... good luck on the rx project!

umm forget exactly what i paid for the 7 it was like 6k with 52k miles on it... got it from a guy whos dad owned it and whent he dad passed he was just trying to get rid of it cuz he didnt like cars

 

lol no the srt wasent awd I wish it was awd lol then I probably would have kept it I was really tired or fwd I never got traction!

 

oo just saw the "wish" haha yeah i love awd no problems with traction even in the rain haha but i can guess im gonna have some traction issues with the 7 haha

 

oh yeah....any more power in that evo and you might start haveing traction issues lol my friend can burn all 4 tires in his its nasty...

 

haha yeah i bet, itll be big turbo soon so then ill worry about that!

yeah its been so far, had some small issues but wouldnt be a project without a few hickups

 

have you thought about a forced performance red?? their stock built turbos they have the green and the red the green is good till about 450awhp and i cant remember what the red goes to, my friend has the green he hits 28psi at like 3grand

i love FP their turbos are amazing! i would love a red thats what i am eventually aiming for but theyre still pretty expensive liek 1700 bucks... FP just came out with a black which is a 35r wheel (1mm smaller actually) inside a stock turbo housing... im on e85 right now with my evo so im at 410 awhp so a red would push me over the safe stock block limit so gotta wait till i can afford to build the motor first

 

Yeah their nice as **** my friend has the green but is trying to get a red..but he bought my old TT 300zx so his focus has been towards that lately he pulled the motor ( just for a turbo swap lol )
