Rotary Question

My Fc is on a 13b w a carb on a turbo, My pal said to run it rich since it was fi before it good modified, What degree of pressure should i use? also, gas smell in oil is a problem, but to a rotary engine, is that normal? (noob to rotaries)

i dont understand what you want to know.. do u want to run more fuel? or not?
and do you want to know if the gas smell in your oil is normal?..

That seems to be the question he is asking, and what boost psi on a original fuel injected car, which now has a carb.
