Hello from east of russia. Im from Vladivostok (nearest russian city from japan).
Own '92 FD more than 1 year. It's my first rotary car & i hope not last.

Bought this car in fully stock condition. Already have make some mods: stainless steel 3'' exhaust (midpipe + muffler), 17'' rims (8.5jj Front, 9.5jj Rear), removed ACV & pump, megasquirt-2 ECU.

welcome to the forum. there is a lot of information on here to be learned about the fd. seeing how you actually use your car for what it was built for, i suggest you read up on reliability mods and all that.

the types of cars in that video isnt at all what i would have expected to see from russia.

under the hood not many mods. car still running factory engine, never rebuilt.
stock turbos running sequential, stock injectors, fuel pump. megasquirt-2 ecu running parallel with stock ecu. MS controls ignition, spark & fuel pump. stock one control A/C, OMP, sequential turbo solenoids, etc. Innovate LC-1 wideband w\o gauge - connected directly to MS. LS-2 truck coils (x4) - running fully sequential (w/o wasted spark leading) (RX-8 mode). GM open-element IAT sensor, located between intercooler & elbow - you can see blue silicone pipes on photos.

99'spec front bumper, 99'spec air filter snorkel (suck air from bumper rather than IC pipe), original tail lights converted to 99'spec style. CF sideskirts - cheap autoexe replica from china. FRP rear diffuser - re amemia replica.
cusco zero-1 fulltap dampers.

Most of time car is used every day to drive me to work I have no plans to disassembly interior & makin true race car.

 

he-he you expect to see some russian cars like Lada?
russian cars suck. maybe you can find a lot of russian cars in european part of russia, but im sure - more than 90% of cars in my city is JDM only.
