I am back to the rotary life after a 15 year hiatus. After speaking to numerous friends at a local meet regarding their imported cars I decided to sell off my BMW's and find what is now my 1999 RX-7 RB-S Package.
The car came with many maintenance mods like aluminum radiator, metal IC pipes, fan controller and boost controller. The PO also had a nice set of DEFI gauges in a RE A pod installed to monitor temps. I am thinking this was his track toy at some point before getting rid of it, as it also has Ohlin's PCV coilovers and 2 way diff from ATS. Short of some broken and zip tied under panels and clearly a resprayed front end job, the car has been amazing.
I plan to keep it OEM+ for the most part, just trying to get used to the car and adding miles to it for now. I have since added an alum AST, and done a full fluid swap, plugs, wires and a catback exhaust.
Pics below are from the dealership in Japan that it came from. I have not gotten any good pictures of the car since it arrived.
Tacoma area. I will be at the 7's day meet this Saturday, I have not seen many posts about that meet yet here, mostly on Instagram.
I just moved away from Tacoma a few months ago. There's a couple of 7 owners in that area. I think your best bet, at least for local stuff, is the facebook groups: PNW rx7 club, and Team Rx-7 of seattle.
This forum is great for all the techincal details, but not good for regional stuff.

Where did you end up moving to? I met a couple other owners from Bremerton recently, none right here in Tacoma with me yet but I keep seeing a black RHD car and Yellow one downtown.
Sadly yes, FB looks like it will be my best bet to find local parts anyways.
I'm on the east side of the state now, and I've not really found many people out this way.
7's day is a great event in Seattle, lots of people to network with there.

Love the FD, it looks awesome!
Yes I was a registered user back then but I have lost all email info for that account. I have a vague memory of my username being rotaryracerFC3S but I’m not 100% on that.
Thank you! Took it to a local 7’s day cruise so I should have some updated pics now.
Couple shots from our local 7’s day meet yesterday. Since the car got here I have had the wheels refinished and powder coated to silver as well as a bunch of maintenance items so I have a solid starting point.
