Hi!,I am Harrison!
I like FDs and Miatas. I like to autocross and I like track days. I used to live in Chicago, but I like it better here in the SF bay / Silicon Valley area. Tons of car stuff to do year around. I autocross 20-30 times a year and do track days 10-12 times a year. My favorite color is plaid. I prefer rubber to plastic. When I was four I stuck a cigarette butt up my nose and my mom had to take me to the ER to have it removed. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs, but I eat a lot of carrots. I've been to 42 states. I'm missing most of the New England states, though I've been to CT. I have two cats. I'm bald.

Welcome Harrison. Nice intro bud. You get +100 points for no interest to do drinking, drugs, and smoking.
Hitting the autocross events is great right? I go to NorCal UFO events mostly in the Marina. What autoX organizations do you attend? SCCA has been holding a few events at the Oakland Coliseum...they don't seem well organized tho...lol. looks like they all just woke up 5 minutes before they started the event.
I'm Ron by the way from Fremont.

I go to both UFO and SCCA events. I live closer to Oakland so I go there more often. There will be an SCCA event Oct 27 and a UFO event Oct 28 at Marina. I'd recommend the UFO event if you're not an SCCA member because it's cheaper. They are both good events.
DoctorZ, the name of the town is Marina, about half way between Santa Cruz and Monterey, right off Highway 1. The event is held at an airport there. Go to 2012 SFR SCCA Solo Calendar for a calender of events. This is also a good site: Bay Area Autocross Forum: Welcome to the forum
If you see me, say hi. I drive a first gen Miata, dark blue but looks green in the sunlight. Number 99.

What's with you guys and carrots?! lol.
I like carrots with hummus or celery with peanut butter. I love wine too no smoking or drugs for me as well.
By the way the autocross NorCal UFO held in Marina has stopped. As in dissolved due to the one of the main organizers being told by her disability insurance she cannot operate autocross events.
I would think someone else or another club of gear heads can pick up where this has stopped. That spot was one of my favorite autocross events. They let you drift as long as you don't hit cones and stay consistent with the "line" and are not all over the place.
Also since a couple of you stated you originated from Chicago. I was born in Chicago and moved to California 1979.
