Recently baught a project car in my area. 84' first gen Rx7 gl with a chrome trim on the lowe half of the door, don't know if that was optional or not from factory. Surprisingly only has surface rust. Needs work but saved her from the wreckers. I have many questions as I restore as much as I can while adding my own additions to it.
Happy to be apart of the club

Welcome! Do you have any pictures of the car and do you know any of the car's history? Some of the chrome lower trim was a dealer accessory and some was not. Wold be cool to see which one you have.

sorry for the very late update.

Progress is still being made. Getting closer and closer to a rebuild inspection and road ready until then I don't wanna modify it too much. Still don't know what the lower chrome trim is.
