Prospective RX7 Owner
Here to introduce myself as a prospective RX7 owner. My name is Colin, I'm an IT - Systems Administrator living in Wisconsin, I'm finishing up my last semester of college, and my hobbies: cars, tech, and girls. I am currently involved more in the DSM community since I own a '91 GST, however, I am really wanting to move away from DSM's and get into a RWD, preferably a second gen RX7. I'm looking to build a reliable 2nd gen rx7 for either missile drift, drifting, or road racing (not street racing since that hurts people). Looking for any advice from a more senior RX7 owner or even a newbie RX7 owner on how to start looking into getting into the rotary community and what to watch out for. Would love hear any feedback and look for to great discussions.

Like many posts on this site, watch for the cooling system on any 7 you get and while building it up. I currently own a 91 NA rx7 and I am having issues with preventing overheating.
Definitely start with a turbo'd 7 as well unless you are comfortable piecing together your own system.
