Project Frankenstein

Hello everybody, my name is Taylor. I live in the Tri-Cities part of Washington State and own an 86/87 running an N/A 13B under the hood and a spare sitting behind the car. I just got her running again for the first time in over a year thanks to this site and a new engine harness. Things are finally back in the works. I'm also currently trying to get my hands on a blue first gen my buddy's buddy has, running the same engine. Thanks for all the help and thanks for listening.

Just recently got her back on the road! =D Had some trouble down at the Department of Licensing though. Somehow when all three cars were torn apart, parts got mixed up and this 86 I'm now driving ended up with the 87's old plates on it. But, we got it all figured out and I picked up some new plates and tabs so were good to go. =) Just want to say thank you to everyone on this forum who has helped me along my journey and continues to give advice day to day. She wouldn't be running if it wasn't for you guys.

Will do =) I test drove that blue first gen today. It's an 85. Steering is insanely heavy and the power windows will only roll down a couple inches, but I think I'm gonna go ahead with the purchase next week. I'll start a new thread for her with some pics, but what should I call her?

Call her Martha. If the steering is heavy you're not going fast enough, or maybe you need to ease up on power steering cars. They make people weak.

Hahaha! Thanks Cookboy. I've had her for awhile now. =) Starting a thread called "Dr. Plum" because "she" has way too much ***** to be a "she" so it is now actually a "he". Haha! Figured it works out as the interior is purple and the paint is blue. Check it out! =D
