Hello guys even though I have been a member since 08 I never posted anything back then. SOrry no pics of the AE but I will of this one. I will do a few posts here n there but this first one will be of me trying to squeeze a 235/60/14 tire in my gsl-se and show whether or not I had to roll my fenders, issues, etc etc. Ride height is currently stock but I just installed new Rear kyb's. car has a complete t2 power transplant (motor+transmission '91). Everything was left stock except for the microtech and boost was set to 10lbs.

 

even though you're not technically here for the first time i will still say ... welcome to the board.

well, you bought them, so i imagine you WILL install regardless, but just want to issue a word of caution with that sized tire on the stock wheels.

you have what appears to be a GORGEOUS SE, so please take care of it.

 

Thanks! My buddies tire shop is closed today so unfortunetely I will have to wait till tomarrow to post some pics up. Pep boys said they wanted to charge me $25 to install each tire ! I give my bff 5 bucks per rim so yeah I can wait. BTW my cars are usually for sale I have this one set at 6k US dollars...I like to move from project to project fairly fast I was kind of interested in a Repu but ill enjoy this one while I have it

No, I was refering to the '88 RX-7 10th Anniversary I used to own. But there is a really sexy ae86 in my neighborhood for sale parked inside the garage. Guy said he traded his motor in for a rebuilt one from the dealer, installed it but never got it to turn on. Yeah big hmmmmmmmmmm
