Just got a brand new 95 RX7!!!
Whats up fellas. My name is Nick. Im a newbie but im not new to car forums.
JUST PICKED UP MY BABY
1995 RX7 Baseline
Black on Black
45,000 OREGIONAL MILES
100% OEM Stock (except Tanabe cat back) stock sterio, black valour seats
I paid $21,000. I think the market is changing on these rare beauties. Anyways, the 3rd gen has always been one of my dream cars.
Plans: -only taking it out occasionally on the weekends.
-just tasteful mods/ reliablility mods (my goal is low13s/High 12s 1/4 mile)
-99 spec replication cosmetic mods
What do you guys think?

I might have over paid then. I think I tried to justify it because of the black on black with valour seats (I usually always see tan leather). Also that this is a 95 which was the year I wanted. And besides the exhaust its never been modified. I was hoping all of those things would increase the resale vale. AT LEAST THAT'S WHAT I'M TELLING MYSELF! :-[

The seats are my favorite part. I usually prefere leather, but I love these things.

Base models seem to have a few pros...
The non-bose audio system is easier to work on,
No sunroof means less problems. More racing style
But the seats, I never thought I would dig the fabric untill I saw them in real life. And they feel very stable in turns.
Honestly if I was transplanted the 90s, id buy a touring model.
But for an old used car, I'm glad I stumbled across this bad boy. Obviously I'd prefer duel oil coolers though.
