New to the forum though. 1979 RX-7 was my first new car purchase. Lots of fond memories of that car. Learned how to heal/toe downshift, manage lift throttle oversteer, and got out of a speeding ticket that, by rights, I shouldn't have.

I sold the car in 2012 and have progressed through several other sports cars since then.

I discovered some spare parts that I recently sold to a local guy. I do, however, have a set of black-center Epsilon wheels. This used to be called a "plus 2 conversion". Fronts are I believe, 15 X 7 and rears are 15 X 7.5. These were fitted to run Pirelli P7 195/50 15 front and 205/50 15 rears. They are in great shape and have center caps (plus an extra one).

Nice to be here and there are some beautiful cars on the forum!

Mt first new car purchase was also a 79. Too bad you had to let yours go. This is a good place to get a fix and possibly catch the rotary bug once again.

Welcome!! What color and trim level was your 79? Definitely the best place to catch that rotary bug once again as Banzai had stated! This forum is full of great people and loaded with amazing technical and build threads. You'll love it here!
