VA Nissan guy looking to get into an FD!

Hello everyone, my name is Corey and I currently drive an 05 350z single turbo...I am a long time Nissan lover that has always had a soft spot for rotaries, and after owning 9 Nissans, I feel like it is finally time for a change!

I joined here to begin my research on the FD chassis and 13b engine, and hopefully to find someone willing to trade their FD for my turbo Z when the time is right!

Good luck in finding and FD, you will not regret the decision once you go rotary, it is a choice every car enthusiast should make sometime during their life. Just make sure the previous owner has taken great care of his car because rotaries do need a little extra attention. Best of luck!

Welcome, I too have had many nissans, but an FD has always been one that I wanted. I have found there is a lot to learn since I bought one recently

Going from the bulletproof VQ to a finicky rotary?

don't sell the VQ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love me some rx-7s, but I also have a new Maxima and a VQ Altima with 200k on the clock.

that engine is the ****!

I am about to buy another 7, but those rotor's will soon be pistons!!!!!!

Ive always been infatuated with rotaries and i feel like now is the time to jump into learning them. Ive been stuck on Nissans ever since getting my license, and I feel like its time for a change. I know roataries can be a PITA, but im willing to learn how to rebuild one...and I have no problem ditching the rotary engine in favor of something with 6 or less pistons if it becomes a big hassle.

Im swapping a VQ into my S14 drift car, so ill still have one around :P
