Newbie just got first rotary: 87 GXL
hey everyone, i've done some reading on rotaries and they sounded fun. I always liked the looks, so I'm in the process of getting my 87 rx7 GXL! should have it home on saturday.
I hope to learn any and all info i can about what i can with this baby. I'm already wondering how i can/will upgrade the power

IK-T, let us know how the sale goes down on Saturday. You've found the right website to answer all your horsepower wish requests.
Thanks for taking the time to register and welcome aboard to RX-7 Club !

Hey sorry it took me a while to see the thread was up. I'm Uploading pictures now.
The sale went smoothly, got it all the way home from Akron Ohio to Cincinnati, which is about 400 miles. There were some things wrong with it though, which is why one of the pictures has it jacked up. The differential mount was busted so i ordered a stiffer one from Racing beat, also there was a little metal bit welded on that it was attached to? it was sort of bent, so we fixed that. dropping the rear end out was a bit of a hassle but its all fixed up now. My grandpa was reading on here and said we should back it up with a pinion stubber.
except the dings, a tear along a seam of the driver seat (leather), and a spot on the hood behind the passenger side headlight everything is great
