Hey guys noob to thhis website and rx7's. i used to have a built civic hatch but it was stolen so i have decided to get something i have always wanted....and rx7. i have a motor and trans just need a clean shell. Looking forward to getting to know everyone on the site and learning more about these cars.

Well, that's an interesting direction to go with the motor/trans first. What year is the rotary engine you got? Also, thanks for taking the time to register and welcome aboard to RX-7 Club!

welcome. and Mar3, coming from the honda world its not such a different approach to get a motor and trans first. I too have a honda and putting together a motor before aquiring a shell happens alot more than you would think since you can pretty much put any honda motor in any honda shell.
