Obviously I am new to this forum. My name is Brett, I live in Corona, Ca. Ive always been into performance cars and boats but have never built, worked on or even been around Rotary engines. However, I recently acquired a sandrail with a Mazda 13B Turbocharged Rotary engine (unknown year). The only problem is that the engine is in about 500 pieces in a box! I have no idea where to even start to put this thing back together. The prior owner said everything is there and just the side seals and apex seals need to be replaced and the engine can be reassembled. Thats how I ended up here. An advice and/or recommedations would be GREATLY appreciated! Money does not grow on trees in Corona so paying someone to assemble this is not an option. Besides, I want to learn about these engines and do it myself. There's something about blowing a guys doors off when I built the engine that is way more gratifiying than if I could pay someone to do the work. Anyway, after spending hours searching the web, Im at a standstill. Where do it start? Does anyone have any idea where I can possibly find a diagram, schematic or manual for this motor? Again, I am on an extremely tight budget so the less I have to spend the better chance I have of getting this thing back together and running! Once its togwther and running I can start planning upgrades to go faster and faster! Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me!
Brett
