BC New from victoria

Just bought a FB last night, haven't even drove it yet. Has a rebuilt 12a, sparco sprint jr drivers seat, power everything(love it) and runs like a champ.

Just wondering if i do cut the springs in it, will i have to shorten the arms on the watts link so the diff stays centered, or will the watts keep it centered? I am eventually going to get adjustable arms and coil overs for it, (S13 fronts ae86 rear?) but i do not like the stock height.. another thing i hate is the damn 4x110 bolt pattern!

Hopefully get the insured tonight and take it for the first drive in my possession.

Thanks for reading, Colby.

Welcome! I would recommend buying proper springs, cutting them is never a good plan. Post pics!

Bad Idea to cut the springs. The ride would be terrible, handling would be horrible.

Welcome Anyway!

I was driving the car all day, didnt over heat, oil pressure was good, then all of a sudden it just poured smoke out the back(burnt oil). It stopped after a bit, then smoked for a very short time.
