New to rotary: 91 RX-7 FC NA white

Hello Members, glad to finally belong here.

Background: I’m a car enthusiast, usually European, Audi, BMW, Porsche. I love being in the garage whenever I can (I’m the typical screamer of old cursing words and some new ones even)
I purchased my first rotary car last year. 91’ RX-7 FC white. (Some of you might recognize it).

Work done:
  • Detailed engine bay
  • polished paint, re-dye black plastic on body,
  • plastidip roof (for now)
  • new coil overs, turbo brakes, brake rotors, bushings, wheels, headlights, one fog lights
Task ahead:
  • Re-Paint whole car (for year 2022)
  • Upgrade from NA to Turbo ( for year 2021)

I need the help/suggestions/feedback from members here. I was looking to go for turbosource items since I would like as much “plug and play” as possible. Here is the items, please let me know if these are necessary, if/or there are better cheaper options, any suggestions from experienced members will be appreciated.
  • turblown exhaust manifold
  • BorgWarner s257 or s366 kit from turbosource?
  • turbosmart wastegates?
  • adaptronic pnp ECU
  • air to water intercooler
  • Half-bridgeport and exhaust port mod , new seals, apex,
  • 460lph walbro fuel pump
  • should I do E85 or just normal pump gas?
  • New radiator, oil cooler, electric fan
  • Custom mid-cat back exhaust by me
  • New clutch, which one?
  • My budget is $7,000 ( but if my wife asks it’s $3,000)

I have not check any of the history, but I will at some point. Yes, the car is running perfectly, all electrical things work too (except door lights and map light). It was repainted at some point , but it is peeling. It was donated to a non-charity foundation, smells like it was stored for a long time.

Likely was stored for some time given its overall condition. The white paint on the FC never held up well originally and even thoughits been painted, it doesn't surprise me that its peeling. It was likely not painted properly or only a section was painted. The paint literally peels and flakes off. My 10th Anniversary RX-7's paint is original and is more than showing its age with paint peel and flaking.
