Hi fellow rx7 owners, my name is Peter and I'm from Southern california. Just got an fd rx7 after many years of drooling over them. Just got out of a 2005 Honda s2000 that I've owned and loved for 8 years

Im guessing you prefer the rx7 way more than the s2000 or are they pretty close?

 

it's hard to say right now since the RX7 isn't running as far as looks goes, I much prefer the rx7. I didn't care much for the convertible and actually gutted it in favor of the rx7 (takes off around ~70lbs as well) and having the turbo on the s2000, it made it quite scary to drive in most situations (~600hp). I'll update once I get the rx7 moving, hopefully within the next month. Where is vaughan? There is a pretty mint red rx7 near me where the owner was asking 14k for it. Engine was rebuilt about 5k miles ago.

 

Yeah i prefer the rx7 looks as well, thats crazy man 600hp turbod s2000 thats a champion car. Vaughan is in Toronto,Ontario i should fix that.

socal, but that car that i checked out was in Van Nuys. I originally found it on craigslist and basically, the guy wanted to unload it since he has too many projects going on, and I believe it. It was parked next to a 993 mint turbo when he opened the garage.

 

yeah, it was pretty much fully modified. even painted an OEM color that was only available in Japan and Europe. Too bad it was recently totaled

 

Thats too bad man my bmw 540i was totaled this year as well it sucks insurance is a pain hopefully everything going well with the rx7 build buddy
