Hello, my name is Justin. I purchased my 1993 RX-7 a few weeks ago. It is a swapped car (LS1) but I do still love and respect the rotary. I am a former FC owner as well, so I have had a little rotary experience. I had been looking for the right FD for 10 years! Finally found the one I liked and went for it. Uploading a few pics ... one of which shows the size comparison with my GF's Mini Cooper.

Thank you much. I cannot compare this swap to a rotary, as I never drove this car when it was rotary-powered. I have, however, spent years researching these cars and the swap before getting this one. I owned a rotary FC before, too. All I can tell you it that it is amazing. Very fast car, gets great mileage, drives so smooth, and gets a lot of attention on the road. The sound (has a lopey cam) is probably the thing that gets people rubber-neckin'. I don't know how much its putting down with the mods yet ... getting it dyno tuned next week.
