Hey guys I've been on this forum before but never got to introduce myself. I'm from the NJ area and have wanted an FD Rx-7 since my adolescent years. Been able to save enough to potentially get one, but it seems their prices have appreciated alot?
i remember FD's use to go for 13-15k, but now ive only been able to see ones for 20K+?

 

Just be happy it didnt appreciate like the supra and NSX. My buddys friend just picked a chaste white with 70k miles for $16k. In good condition and running. Theres great deals to be had if you have patience.

 

Just keep looking you will find one i got mine for 15k 78k and 3 owner car so gl my friend

 

Through what method did you guys use to hunt for one? Craigslist has mostly FC's and I used to browse through this site's classifieds occasionally before it got restricted

 

its just mostly timing and Ill check FB groups. I picked up a 93 r1 with 140 k miles with fresh paint for 13k. It came with a fully build stroke ls2 with 8.8 rear, direct port nitrious, and build t56.
