Hello,
My name is Paul. I stumbled across your forum when I was investigating a California Car Repair Shop named ROTARY SHACK owned by Robert Liver, Jr. A friend of mine sent Rob a part for repair, along with money. And, as it seems to be a common practice of Rob's, he does not make the repair, and keeps the money. I noticed that this practice was experienced by many members on this forum.
I just want to let everyone know that I believe this is an injustice. As such, I will do whatever I can to make sure he does not do the same to other unsuspecting individuals.
If Robert does not make things right, I plan on pursuing this matter with the following agencies: the FTC, the LA DA's Office, the LA City Attorney's Office, the California Office of Attorney General, the LA BBB, the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR), and the LAPD, just to name a few. If anyone wants to help by sharing with me their story regarding ROTARY SHACK or Robert Lives, Jr., please do so. If possible, please send anything you may have to my e-mail address which is as follows: paul.chirgott@yahoo.com. Also, feel free to ask any questions you may have about me or this incident.
