Hello everyone,
I just became an FD owner 3 weeks ago, I picked her up from NC and it was the best 20-hour drive I have ever done. I'm looking forward to this upcoming season to enjoy this beauty.
Welcome! 20 hr drive sounds insane but totally worth it for an FD like that, it looks super clean! I might have to do the same if I can’t find one locally
Thank you, Yea the car was very well taken care of I'm the third owner and the guy that owned it before me had it for the past 20 years so the car hasn't been handed over a bunch of times.

I was looking locally for months and nothing to my liking. It really has become a country wide search lately as they come & go so fast for solid ones. I drove 21 hrs round trip to go see one, in a days trip ! When it's worth, we do crazy things Lol
Nice ! Was this repainted ? I think I saw this FS in the NC region while searching right around the same time
Good Luck with it. Just got mine as well
As far as I know its original paint, the guy that owned it before me was an older man who had it for the past 20 years and the car is on its second motor so I knew for a fact this thing was babied all its life. the chassis has 130k and motor has 60k, zero rust anywhere everything still works the only things that need a little TLC is the "interior panels" (door handles, center console)

Not the same one I saw then, same state though. But it looks like a keeper and nothing but good luck to your new adventure. I hear ya on TLC on some of them. One main goal of mine were no rats nest and dug up deep projects. I'm addressing mechanical first.. What else is new !
