My name’s Tyler,
this is my first time on the forum. I have a 1988 GTU that i’ve owned for around a year now. Very excited to jump into the community more. My fc is sort of my first car that i’m really learning about so there’s a lot i don’t know, but i’m eager to learn.
I’ve encountered some starting issues. so i’ll also be looking for a bit of help on the forum with that too!
Welcome! That's one beautiful GTU!! It's nice to see one that's in original condition! How's the interior and do you know any of the car's history? What part of Ohio are you from?

unfortunately i don’t know a whole lot about the history. i have a small back story of how the previous owner had gotten the car, who lived in Tennessee. Aside from that, i had been really going through the interior and i found an old insurance from like 2005-7 i think? and the owners lived in Texas if i remember correctly!
My interior is in pretty good shape! no major cracks or wear of any sort, i so have some stains behind my drivers seat on the floorboard, but that’s about it!
I host two Ohio Rotaries meets per year out at my place. Would love to have you at one of my events! We are 20 minutes East of Cedar Point. It would be awesome to see the car in person!!
