I just joined this Forum - I live in NH - I'm a long time RX7 fan beginning in 1975 when I became a Parts Manager at a Mazda dealer and was there thru 1980 so I am very familiar with the cars. I currently own a 79 first Gen car which I am running in IT7 with SCCA in New England. I'm excited to learn more about your group.

That's a lot of history with rx7s! I'll keep an eye out for you on NE tracks. Might be a bit too far south for ya but have you raced thunderbolt in NJ yet?

 

I have not made NJ yet - it's on the list sometime in the next couple years. I usually run NHMS, LRP, the Glen and VIR when I have time. I just purchased the IT7 from a fellow NER member who has been running it for a number of years. I ran the last Regional at NHMS and a hill climb at Ascutney VT - the car is a ball and I can't wait till next year.

IBEBACK!!...left for awhile when I sold my twin 83's.....couldn't stay away, just picked up a SWEET 88 droptop...... gotta luv those rotary's. Myt sickness with cars has never left me and still looking for another so each can have their own day of the week !!!!
