I've had my 93 fd for a little over a year now. Im joining because I always find my-self using this site as a reference. This is my first rotory powered car and I love it. So smooth and powerful and the FD's adjility is freaking awesome. I live in north Houston Tx. I can drive for months without seeing another fd........Loaded some pics under my profile

My name is Jason. I live 50 miles north of Houston in the city of Montgomery. I think for sure im the only fd up here. No, this was not the flooded fd.
If any other rx7 owners are in Houston.....let me know. I've yet to meet anyone else with a Fd

I'm in the Houston area. Everyone knows I love to hate my FD.

I also have an RX8, an FC my team races in the 24 Hours of LeMons, and another FC that is going to be prepped as a sister to the Lemon.

The FD hasn't run in a year but maybe soon... once I get the engine out of the house. The problem with building your engine in the kitchen is well, its a bitch to get it out of the kitchen.

 

Whats up I am another FD owner in South Houston and am part of 7Dusts Team as well, I am known for being one of the better engine builders in the Houston area.

My FD doesnt see much road time, it spends its days in a nice garage.

I also have a Rx5 Cosmo that I drive around alot more then the FD, the FD is just too fast to cruise in.

We usually have a half dozen or more at every club meeting.

When and were are the houston meets? seriously, it would be cool to meet others who dont hate rotary engines.......I think their jealous that a 1.3 liter has soo much power. Or they hate what they don't understand.

We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at various location.

I think the meets still consist of people who hate the rotary engines...we just happen to still own one.

Yeah, the lack of FD's is because we usually can only get them running about once a month to take them to the meets. Well, at least, that's my excuse! FC and FD out in Katy. Hope to meet you at the next meet. And in case you didn't notice, I'm pretty handy if/when you need a compression test.
