Hi my name is Alex and i have been into RX-7's since my first time at the street races when i was maybe 19 or 20. i'm now 32 and have owned about 20 RX-7s.

my current one is a 83 GS with a street-ported 13B, Cartech turbo system and dual Blow through webbers, full wide body kit, roll bar, recaro seats, momo steering wheel and shifter, racing beat sway bars and suspension, etc, etc etc. the car was in Turbo Mag in 87 when it had a 12a in it and made 340whp at 10 psi. last time i drove the car it was at 25 psi but never dyno'd it.

the car has been in storage for the last 10 years cause i took the engine out so i wouldn't kill myself and it was smoking a little (i think it was the new ball bearing turbo i put in).

i'm in a bad spot in life right now (going through a nasty custody battle with the ex) so i have plenty of time on my hands and am gaining interest in the car again so i'm at a spot where it's either time to get her back on the road or sell it.

i'll be trolling around a bit trying to see what has changed in the last 10 years and gathering all the info i can.

Welcome aboard, Alex. That's a nice little piece of RX-7 history you own there.

The more 1stgen folk who join, the better I always sez. Hope you keep it and plan on sticking around. I've got an '83 myself but it's basically stock except for the rims, springs and bushings.

thanks.. it's been hard for me to choose between selling it or keeping it. i sure could use the money right now but i'm really hoping to be able to go to car shows with my son in the near future. it would be nice if i could hang on the car.
