New here, no Rx7 yet, but soon.

Hey guys, I'm a new guy from NH who's taken a liking to rx7s. I've been lurking the board for a few weeks now and finally decided to join. Right now I'm driving a beat 95 L Subaru that I've got plans for springs, struts, rs brakes and ss lines, as well as a JDM v2 ej20k or 20g swap in the near future, hopefully by the end of the fall it will be done. I'm planning to buy a 7 near the beginning of the winter as a second fun project car. They're unique and I'd love an actual performance car. Looking for a late FB or early FC, not so much into the FD body style, love the look of 80s cars. Don't know much about swaps and such yet for the rotary. I'm aiming for around 300hp and tq and from what I've read a single turbo 13b should be able to produce that reliably (as far as rotaries go) and without much modification. I've still got alot to learn and I look forward to jumping into the world of the rotorheads. I've read up a bit on the LS1 swaps that are frowned on here, and I think I'd rather have the high revving rotary over the LS1, maybe if I blow up multiple rotaries I'll think about swapping in a big ol V8, but as of now I want to stick with the rotary.
