WA New guy in Washington State

Whassup, all?
My name is Bill Jakes.
Everyone thinks I have two first names!..so you can call me Bill, you can call me Jake..you can call me Billy Jake..But when I pick up my New car ya can't call me late for supper!..haha!
I live in the great Northwest, Bremerton area. I am Picking up an 86 from a friend in the next few days. Planning on making it into a purpose built HPDE track day car for running at the new track we have in Shelton. Good times. I may leave it streetable enough to take to shows.

Welcome!

I too am a WA resident who has just joined the forum! I still have to post my intro which I'll probably be doing shortly. Best of luck with the car, sound like you have big plans for it.

Finally got it, did some work today checking it over - brakes, suspension, etc. Put the exhaust back on, sounds great - full Racing Beat system.

Nice one! Although the 300zx is probably my 2nd favorite car - thats a tough one! But you won't regret it. Congrats!

Oof. That's harsh. But better than nothing - nearest track to me is 90 miles away, and no open track days (that i know of)
