NC "New" Guy from NC

Long time lurker, first time poster. Jeff from Charlotte, NC. 93 RX7, LS1 swap. Trying to post a picture...hopefully this will work.

No. An LS1 is an aluminum block, so not all that heavy for a V8. Car still handles great...and even gets good highway gas mileage.

Nice.. I average 185 miles on a full tank and that's getting on the gas here and there. 185miles my gas light will be on. Lol. Single turbo rotary though..

I average 17mpg in the city and 28 on the hwy. I have seen as high as 32 and as low as 13..depends on foot pressure.

Don't have any plans to attend any events at this time, but would be happy to catch up with any local folks

Very nice, some people will give you crap about swapping the motor but the LS1 is a fantastic powerplant and definitely the right move, killer car!
