Buyer beware

This is an alert to other rotorheads about this Chris guy. Scammy vibes. Told me he had an S5 NA RTEK ecu. Sent him my email and sent me pics there. Very questionable. Told me to send funds through PayPal family and friends. Definitely a hell no. Sent through PayPal goods and services. Then Sent a followup that money was sent. And the questioning after that was weird. The seller told me I will send tommorrow. Next thing I know I get a PayPal alert. Saying I have a refund from this seller. Lmao. This guy is scamming or something is way off. Anyways buyer beware.

thanks man definitely going to do that. Hopefully the admins get in contact with me. As I have a message exchange I'd like to show them. Supposedly this Chrisx guy is his second account of the forum. Anyways appreciate the input.

Yeah man beat for now. Just saw a mod from the forum message me. So I'm going to provide my texts to them and then they can decode what to do with this Chrisx profile. Not sure if you remember I had mentioned in my prior post about questionable pics. All pics sent to me whenever I'm trying to purchase an item. I run them through Google. In most cases Google will give the actual photo or listing. That's how I avoid most scammers. And somewhat know if someone is selling me a legit item. Well when I ran the pics through Google. Nothing came up. Said **** it. So I sent the cash. It was right after sending that I decided to search Facebook listing. That the pics Chrisx sent where from that fb listing from two years ago. That's when I was like alright second red flag. Then he wanted me to confirm payment sent to him. Which was odd. Since paypal alerts you to any money recieved etc. Afterwards I find out the payment went to his supposedly sisters paypal account. Then the money gets refunded to me. I asked why? By this time I already know this guy is leaning heavily towards the scammy side. His response was " paypal has screwed me over to much by buyers getting my items and starting false claims". " so if you want the item pay me through venmo goods and services that way you have a hard time to start a claim against me and more favorable towards me, seller,". Wtf this is when I knew Chrisx is up to no good. Anyways broski sorry for the long rant. But Chrisx needs the ban hammer. I hate ficken scammers.
