New to this forum, former RX-7 owner
Hey all,
Unfortunately I sold my RX-7 after almost 10 years of ownership. I still love RX-7's and wanted to stay involved and see what the local RX-7 owners were doing, so here I am on this forum.

welcome to the forum, im from the twin cities too. im actually kinda surprised on how many people there are in minnesota that own rx7's! dont see them to often. what model did you own?
actually…none lol. I really want one, but am not in a position to buy one. I've got a 1976 BMW 2002 however, that I am trying to get a 13b or 13bt for. Soooooo, if you know of one let me know!
i just found a fc s5 swap for $200 w/ a blown oil seal. figured i would pick it up just to learn how to rebuild 1 of these bad boys... maybe throw it in an ae86 i got sitting around that im doin nothing with! ill keep an eye open for you tho if i see 1 ill let you know.
There is quite a few RX-7's in town actually. I had mine for about 10 years and ran into several other owners and was involved with the Northstar Rotary Rockets when I first bought my car.
I had an '87 TII, I posted some pics elsewhere on the forum if you search for my posts you should be able to find some but here's one

I never paid attention to FCs prior to buying mine but now they seem everywhere. It must be the weather and everyone being anxious to take out their summer car. MN does seem to have an abnormally high number of rx7s, especially if you check out the local classifieds - plenty of part outs to be found.
